Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Cuntspin Entertainment N.V., operator of Cuntspin Casino under Curaçao licence No. GC-CUR-8048/JAZ-5632, uses cookies and similar technologies on casino-cuntspinonline.com and in our web app. It should be read with our privacy policy. You must be 18 or older to use the site.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your browser, remember your choices and keep you signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in the same way, and we refer to all of them as cookies in this policy.
Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep you logged in while you play and move between pages
- protect your account and detect suspicious activity
- remember your language, currency (AUD) and display preferences
- measure how the site performs and improve our games lobby
- show relevant promotions where you have agreed to marketing cookies
Cookies also help our payments and compliance teams to spot unusual behaviour, for example many sign-in attempts from different countries within minutes, so that we can protect your balance before any harm is done.
Types of Cookies We Use
| Type | Purpose | Can you refuse? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Login, security, cashier and load balancing | No, the site would not work |
| Functional | Remember language, limits reminders and settings | Yes |
| Analytics | Anonymous statistics on pages and errors | Yes |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns and personalise offers | Yes |
Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because they are essential for security and for the services you request, such as keeping your session open while you play a pokie or confirm a withdrawal. All other categories are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner or in your account settings.
How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period, ranging from a few hours for security tokens to up to 12 months for preference and analytics cookies. You can review expiry dates in your browser settings.
We review the lifetimes regularly and remove cookies that no longer serve a purpose, so the list of what we set may change over time.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by partners who help us run the service, such as payment processors, fraud prevention tools, game studios, analytics providers and live chat software. These companies have their own privacy policies, and we ask them to use data only for the service they provide to us.
We do not allow third parties to use cookies on our site to sell your personal data. If you leave our site through a link to another website, that website's own cookie rules apply, and we recommend that you read them.
Managing Your Choices
When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner. You can change your mind at any time:
- Delete cookies in your browser settings, for example in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge
- Block all or certain cookies, remembering that necessary ones are needed to sign in
- Use private browsing, which clears cookies when you close the window
- Opt out of marketing emails with the link in each message
Mobile and App Use
Our progressive web app and Android APK use the same storage technologies as the website. You can clear them in your device settings under site data or app storage. Doing so signs you out and removes saved preferences, but your account and balance are unaffected.
What Happens If You Block Cookies
If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may be unable to sign in, deposit, withdraw or play. Blocking functional or analytics cookies will not stop you from playing, but the site may feel less personalised and we will have less information to fix problems.
Cookies and Responsible Gaming
We do not use marketing cookies to target players who have set limits, taken a break or self-excluded. Your responsible gaming settings take priority over any promotional tracking. Read more on our responsible gaming page.
Updates and Contact
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The current version is always published here. For questions, please use our contacts page or write to support@cuntspincasino.com.
